Camping is available for entrants, family and friends at both Qld Raceway and Morgan Park during select events, as listed in the Supp Regs and Final Instructions.
In the interests of safety, we ask that you (the entrant) and your team comply with the following guidelines:
- You will need to have pre booked your camping when you enter the event on Ridernet, for you, your family and friends (your team).
- You are responsible for your Team and their actions.
- At event Sign-In, ALL entrants will need to register them and their team’s attendance at the race secretary’s office.
- Entrants will be provided with an arm band as evidence of their entitlement to camp at the track.
- Persons in attendance at the track after 8:30pm without an arm band will be asked to leave the track prior to gates being locked at 9pm.
- Any specific rules for camping will be published in the entrant’s final instructions as they may change from event to event depending on weather other varying factors.
- That Morgan Park Raceway, Qld Raceway and The Motorcycle Sportsmen of Qld assumes no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other related harm suffered by competitors, spectators and/or others.
- No camping in the pit area, camping is permitted away from the pit garages in designated areas.
- The camping area does not have lighting or established footpaths and users acknowledge and accept these conditions.
- Loud music and general unruliness will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 8.30pm to 7.00am in the camping area. All generators must be shut down in quiet hours.
- No fireworks, No drugs, and No underage consumption of alcohol allowed anywhere on the property. The laws relating to these matters are applicable here, as they are in any public place.
- Only Small Fires are allowed in contained fire pits which must be off the ground and not within 4 metres of any flammable substances. Fires must always be attended and extinguished prior to you going to bed. Fires are only allowed in the grass pit area or beyond. The Firestarter/firekeeper (you) must always have a compliant and full fire extinguisher on hand when the fire is a light and for the night after the fire has been extinguished.
- Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided or take it with you.
- Security may be present at racing events. You will require a wristband to get in and out of the track – gates locked at 9pm sharp you may not enter/exit after this time except for emergencies.
- Camping power is NOT TO BE USED FOR TYRE WARMERS
- Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in you being ejected from the property.
Fees – payable via Ridernet. (when available.)
- No camping permitted on Wednesday or Sunday nights.
- Thursday nights – $20 per person
- Friday & Saturday nights – $50 per person

- Camping spots may be limited and dependent on the track allowances.
- If you plan on camping at the track, get in quick with your event entry!
